How MAJAL works
Create your account and upload your CV
Your profile is not indexed by search engines and is never shown to your current employer.
Apply and answer the screening questions
Every job shows its pay, area and contract type before you apply.
Track your application, and withdraw it whenever you want
Withdrawing is your decision alone, from the application page, with no questions asked.
Register your company and get verified
The verified mark appears on every posting once your commercial registration is reviewed.
Post the job in Arabic and English
A clear salary in dinars, a named area, and optional screening questions.
Review applicants and move them through the stages
From New to Hired in one pipeline, with the applicant notified at each step.
For companies: hire in Kuwait, in two languages
Post a permanent job or a short task, set the pay in dinars, and receive applications in one pipeline, in Arabic and English.
Verification shows on every posting, and payment is taken at publish by KNET or card.
Common questions
Is MAJAL free for people looking for work?
Yes. Registering, applying and tracking applications are entirely free for job seekers.
Can my current employer see that I am looking?
No. Your profile is not indexed by search engines, and it is never shown to the company registered as your current employer.
How do I withdraw an application?
From the application page, with the Withdraw button. You are not asked for a reason, and withdrawing does not affect your profile or your other applications.
What is the difference between a job and a task?
A job is a permanent or long-term contract. A task is fixed-duration work, paid hourly or as a flat amount, and may need more than one worker.
How do companies pay?
At publish, once the free trial postings are used, by KNET or card. Job seekers are never charged.
How do I report a posting?
With the "Report this posting" link at the bottom of every job. The moderation team reviews it and hides the posting if the report is upheld.
