These terms govern your use of MAJAL 24, a service run by [Company legal name], commercial registration [number], State of Kuwait ("MAJAL 24", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. What MAJAL 24 is

MAJAL 24 is a marketplace where companies in Kuwait publish permanent jobs and short tasks, and job seekers find and apply for them. We are not the employer of anyone hired through the service, and we are not a party to any employment contract or task agreement made through it.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18, or the minimum working age under Kuwaiti law if that is higher for the work concerned.
  • The information in your account must be true and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account.
  • One person, one job-seeker account. A company may have several members under one company account.

3. Job seekers

  • Creating an account, applying and following your applications are free.
  • You may withdraw an application at any time, without giving a reason.
  • A company sees the profile and documents you send with an application. It does not see a reason you give when you decline an offer.

4. Companies

  • A company may publish only real vacancies or tasks that it is entitled to offer, with accurate pay, location and contract type.
  • Listings must comply with Kuwaiti labour law and must not discriminate unlawfully.
  • Listings beyond the free trial allowance are paid for when they are published, by KNET or card, at the prices shown before payment. Prices include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
  • We may ask a company for documents to verify it. The "Verified" badge means we checked those documents; it is not a guarantee of the company's conduct.

5. What nobody may do

  • Post false, misleading or duplicate listings, or ask applicants for payment of any kind.
  • Collect other users' data for any purpose other than the job or task it was shared for.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt or break into it.

6. Moderation

We may review, hide or remove any listing or account that breaks these terms or the law, and we may suspend access while we review a report. Where we can, we tell you why.

7. Liability

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but listings are written by companies and we cannot guarantee them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made between companies and job seekers, or for losses caused by information a user provided.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. We will show the date of the latest version on this page, and tell account holders about material changes before they take effect.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of the State of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute.
